1. Data Deletion Without Closing Your Account
You can request that specific personal data is erased from Terraform while keeping your account active. This gives you control over your data without losing access to the app.
Examples of data you can request to be deleted:
- Your fitness goals and progress history
- Your workout session history
- Your profile information (height, weight, date of birth, etc.)
- Your progress photos
2. How to Request Data Deletion
Data-only deletion requests must be submitted by email, as the in-app option fully deletes your account.
- Compose an email to nchizampeni@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request — Terraform".
- Include the email address associated with your Terraform account.
- Specify which data you want deleted (e.g. "all workout sessions", "my profile", "all goals", or "everything except my account").
- We will confirm the deletion within 7 business days and let you know exactly what was removed.
If you want to delete all your data including your account, you can do this instantly in the app. Go to Profile → Delete Account, or visit our Account Deletion page for full instructions.
3. What We Can Delete

Any data that cannot be linked back to you individually (anonymised statistics) may be retained for product improvement. All other personal data is fully deleted on your request, with no additional retention period.

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your personal data
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
