1. Delete Your Account In-App
The quickest way to delete your Terraform account is directly inside the app. All your data is removed immediately and permanently.
- Open the Terraform app on your Android device.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of your profile and tap "Delete Account".
- Read the warning and tap "Delete My Account" in the first confirmation prompt.
- Tap "Yes, Delete Everything" in the second confirmation to finalise.
- Your account and all associated data is permanently deleted. You will be signed out immediately.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly.
Send an email to nchizampeni@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address registered to your Terraform account so we can identify it.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.
3. What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted — whether in-app or by email request — the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

| Progress photos | Deleted immediately |
| Anonymised aggregate analytics (non-identifiable) | May be retained |
Any anonymised, non-identifiable data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
